Cold Moon Reflections

The waterfront was mostly empty. The darkness surrounded me. I hurried to the rivers edge. The moonlit sky was reflected in the water below. Across the water I could hear the ducks and geese, but it was too dark to see them. Dark at only 5 o’clock.
