Fall is one of my favorite times of year, when the air is cool and crisp and the world is full of bright oranges, red, and yellows. Even though it signifies the changing of the seasons and the passing of my garden, the colors bring hope for new beginnings.

At the end of the trail there is a clearing that opens up to the river which is filled with the gorgeous oranges reflections of the surrounding fall foliage. The golden hour light shines upon the trees and mirrors them in the calm evening waters. A gathering of ducks is swimming though the orange waters. This is most likely where they have been nesting this year.

The sky was a beautiful purple and blue color as the moon began to rise against the setting of the sun beyond the horizon. Even the Hunters Moon rising seemed to reflect the bright orange color of the season.
